Doron Perk (he/him) embarked on his dance journey at the age of 8, immersing himself in Israeli folk dance. He later honed his skills in ballet, contemporary, and composition at the prestigious Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance in Israel. Throughout his career, Doron has graced the stages of renowned dance companies including the Croatian National Theatre in Split, Compañía Nacional de Danza in Madrid, and the Batsheva Ensemble in Tel Aviv.

Currently based in New York City, Doron thrives as an independent choreographer, performer, and educator. He proudly serves as the founder and artistic director of More Fish Dance, while also lending his expertise as a Gaga Movement teacher and associate director with ZviDance. His remarkable talent was acknowledged by Dance Magazine, listing him among the "Best Performers of 2016." Doron was further recognized as a LABA fellow in 2021 and nominated for a Bessie Award in 2022. Notably, he has been granted three Extraordinary Ability in the Arts O-1 Visas.

Since 2016, Doron has been a regular instructor at Gibney and Mark Morris, and has made guest faculty appearances at Purchase College and Sarah Lawrence College. He has facilitated original movement workshops at esteemed institutions such as the Center for Performance Research, GALLIM, Arts on Site, DeSales University, Muhlenberg College, George Mason University, as well as international venues including the Scrigni Festival in Rome, Italy, the Fix-in-Art residency in Thessaloniki, Greece, and the HaStudio Theater in Haifa, Israel. From 2021 onward, Doron has been sharing his unique approach to a traditional ballet class titled "Super Chill Ballet" at New York City Center, Gibney Dance, and as a guest teacher at the Suzan Dallal Center in Tel Aviv, Israel.

As a choreographer, Doron collaborates closely with dancers, musicians, and filmmakers, weaving together compelling performances. His creations have graced renowned venues such as the Martha Graham Studio Theater (WestFest), Judson Church (Stuffed/Crossroads), Joe's Pub (DanceNOW), the 14th Street Y Theater (LABA LIVE), Dixon Place, the Public Arts Hotel (Variety Life's Carmen), the Ace Hotel (Create:Art), the Motion State Dance Festival in Rhode Island, the Mexico City International Contemporary Dance Festival in Mexico, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in the UK, and the Hateiva Theater in Tel Aviv, Israel, among others.
